Hey pals, we are pals, right? Maybe we’re more like acquaintances. In either case, I’m just dropping into to let you know, this is the first of two baked in breaks. Wow, say that ten times fast.
Anyway, in order to provide you with quality content I need to be at my best, that means sometimes I’ll need to take a break. But don’t worry, I didn’t show up empty handed. In the show notes, I’ll drop a link to my Youtube Executive Function playlist. This playlist will have videos that relate to the skills we’ve already covered. It even gets updated as the season goes on, so be sure to check back every so often.
I know, I know. This isn’t what you were hoping for, but what kind of person would I be if I didn’t practice what I preach? I’m going to use this time to rest up, you could do the same? Or maybe you could practice some of the new skills you’ve learned. We’ll meet back here next week, hopefully rested and ready to continue on our journey together.
