As an attentive parent and thoughtful partner, Shain (Rainier) Miles can often be found goofing off with his family or in his office focusing on one project or another. 

Rainier has been an executive function consultant for 2.5 years, and has had the privilege of helping folks from all walks of life.  He believes that there is an unwarranted burden on neurodiverse individuals to think or act like their neurotypical counterparts. This belief is what drives him to focus on the individual and their needs, instead of proving a "one size fits all" approach.
